Friend was stubborn and not helping and got setup

My friend wanted to swap but was taking forever and now he doesnt want to i have proof here of the convo with the guy. He found a middle man which seemed to be his friend. My friend never ended up coming and I offered the guy other services that are better then mine or was going to be mine but he refused for some reason. Then him and his friend set me up to "try to scam" but i didnt intend to my friend was online at the time. Im very mad atm because there intending on getting me banned for swearing and scamming but I had no intent to scam. Thanks and I appologize
