Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I just want to start off by saying I am genuinely sorry to the users that were scammed by me, or scammed as a result of something that I did. These pasts months that I have not been on Sythe have been quite boring for me. After I was banned on 7-16-16, things became very different for me. There were several things in my life that have changed, and I as a person have completely changed. What the user that was scammed by my stupidity told me what was going to happen to him because of my actions I felt miserable. That is when I started to realize what I had really done. He told me some horrible things, and that was probably one of the worst experiences i've ever had in my life on the internet. I am genuinely sorry for anyone that has been affected by my stupidity. Now on to where I actually scammed the user 'Frieza'. I really don't know why I scammed that user, I had traded with him several times before and didn't even think about what I was doing. Several days after I had scammed him, I fell into the deepest depression in my life. I used drugs and alcohol to solve my problems, and after going to several rehabilitation centers I have recovered, and I have changed as a person. I regret scamming more than anything, and I have been coming on Sythe a lot since I have been banned. I have never ban evaded, and have been looking forward to my next chance to pardon for the last 6 months. Once again, I am so sorry for all the problems that I have caused in the past, and just want to join the community, market and offer my services once again on here. A very small portion of the community, but the people who know me and talk to me know that I am a good person at heart. Around August of last year, my older sister was diagnosed with heart cancer. She had been fighting for 4 months, but sadly is gone now. She passed on the 12th of December. When she had first been diagnosed, I was thrown into a phase of deep depression. If anyone has ever lost a loved one to a disease, not because of old age, it really sucks and I am so sorry for you. When I found out, I reacted horribly. I let drugs/alcohol take over my life and that's what controlled me for 3 months until early November. Early November is when I started rehab and I am proud to say I have finished and am finally living my normal life again. When I was in that phase of depression I used drugs as a way to escape. When my parents stopped giving me money I had to find a way to make money. Sythe used to be my way to make money and I would usually save what I earned, but after I was banned for "Scamming" someone for some ikov money I couldn't use these forums like I was able to before. That led me to scam someone that I had traded legit with multiple times before. I really want to come back to Sythe and get back into business, I am a new person and would love to get back into posting and talking to people on here. Ddspotato. Other then that one incident that happened during November, I have not broken a single other sythe rule. I have not ban evaded, did blackhat things, scammed ( other then that one exception) or anything. I still buy gold from 07 and check the forums every day/every other day and love being on here. So staff, please take into consideration the state I was in when I scammed that on November. I am not a risk to the community, and I really never was. Had I still been unbanned on here, I would have not scammed that and that is something that I can assure you about. Even if I am not unbanned I still will browse these forums and keep up with the community. I also have done a few private jobs and bought some gold from gold sellers like bogla and done private jobs for smaller people and have had no problems with them, it's just hard without an account. Thanks for reading and I hope staff will take everything into consideration and give me a chance to show the new and improved me to the Sythe community.

In response to "Arb" I don't remember that I genuinely don't and that was really stupid of me to say. I am itching to come back to sythe and really want to join the community and offer my services.

The evasions were taken care of a while back I believe and those were DONe with

 

Denied for lying about ban evading. Try again in 6 months, and come clean.
