    The ban evader could've easily just said it was OldRunePker's brother, that's not proof. Asemr's Skype is public, as seen here:

    There's no PM proof it was OldRunePker, so there's literally no evidence against him.

    Right, but Asemr didn't post anywhere. There should be 0 indication that Asemr was interested in doing business with OldRunePker to anyone except ORP or someone who has access to his PM's. Sticking to my decision - we will give the case further review if ORP disputes.
