Scammed 6months after buying account, what action to take?

I bought an account a while ago (late 2014) for ~USD300, and it was recovered 6 months, more or less to the day, after the sale (mid-2015). I treated the $300 as a sunk cost and figured my chance of getting a refund from the seller was virtually nil, since he's pretty inactive on Sythe, even though my conscience was saying I should probably report the scam somehow to ensure he doesn't get other people the way he got me. I don't know if I have enough evidence to file a scam report (what constitutes evidence of an account scam? I don't know how to prove I lost access to the account, and I don't have screenshots of our original Skype conversation, just the logs). What, if any, action should I take?

Would report him with whatever you have and staff will ask for anything else they feel is needed.
