Buying: Custom rsync Script

Hi all! Looking for a rsync script to help me sync my seedbox to my NAS. My NAS has more storage than my seedbox (obviously?) and I'm looking for a one way sync with history. Basically, I want to grab a specific set of folders on my seedbox (with weird named files and such) and download them to my NAS on a regular basis (i can configure cron to do this).

It needs to be one way: the files on my seedbox get deleted and the files on my nas get removed so I need to make sure it's not redownloading anything or removing anything on either side. all files from seedbox will go to nas and get renamed/moved to proper folders by me while seedbox files stay untouched.
