Self requested ban

Hi, today i recently requested to be banned because of someone PMing through my sythe account. I have done a whole virus scan and pretty much considered all possibilities and came to the comclusion that there can be no way I am keylogged or anything like that. The only other thing I can think of is the exploit that is stickied on the forums. I am pretty much stumped other than that. Anyways, I recently moved from the location from the original IP on my account and I was wondering what process to get my account recovered/unbanned. Thank you.

 

Hi there. You'll have to post an account recovery and provide us with as much info as you can about your account. You'll also be asked to activate 2FA authentication which prevents this sort of thing. Please when you post your account recovery include a virus scan result page so we have proof you scanned your PC.
