    I had someone do a service for me but I think I may have logged in for an extremely short period of time using runescape companion, while the serviceman was in my account.

    What do you think is the likelihood of my getting banned?

    I think it's more likely the account will get locked. You can always claim that your account was hacked or your were on a VPN or proxy or something.
