User added me from a Skype account a few days ago (40 cal, which matches the Sythe user) and requested that they have a certain custom account made. I declined. User adds me under a new name and requests almost the same custom account. User has a account made today and the IP's match up with MULTIPLE banned accounts. User is a ban evader with multiple banned accounts and several unbanned ones. The pictures show everything pretty much.
