Signature Help

Hello all, I'm doing my best to promote my personal training service on here, the new year is coming and there are resolutioners to help!
I'm trying to edit my signature into a link so that users can just click on it and be directed to my service page I just don't know how to do it, I'm sure it's really easy.
Would someone be so kind as to help me out?? Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: Just saw you had two separate images, which one did you want to link to the thread? Just replace the direct image link between the

 

Also, atm your signature is too big. It has a size limit of (iirc) 350x650, so as it is right now if a mod were to see it it would be removed.
