So this skid decided he wants to purchase gold from me for PayPal. I'm like sure, no issues here.

He sends me $220 via PayPal, no issues.

http://prntscr.com/9fgmf3 - he tells me he'll be back in 30 minutes with his ID, almost an hour later he comes back but I had to go, and offered an extra 10M for his time as something IRL came up.

He was the only person who sent me money for almost a week on PayPal and prior to this I was no limited or he wouldn't have been able to send it in the first place.

http://prntscr.com/9fgnj8 - I explained to him how I wasn't going to be paying him 190m+ 07 for a fraudulent payment that got my account limited so the only solution would be to chargeback the payment and I would side with him to get his money back as being limited, you can't send it manually.

On top of this, he charged me back on PayPal, which now means he's sent me a fraudulent payment, charged me back and is still expecting me to give him gold.
