    IF I buy an account. And the guy that sold me it gets banned on here. And he recovers it. Do I have the right to try to get my money back?

    Yes you do, it's not counter scamming if you're attempting to get your own money back. Try to keep any screenshots of the original transaction to ensure if he's unbanned you have proof he scammed you and you're not ripping him off.

    Make a report before doing so, so that we have a record of the scamming occurring. IF he recovers the account, yes you're allowed to do so.
