Yousuckv2 has reported a post.

Reason:

The user who was selling Party Hat is NOT banned as he claims..

He also tried selling both the name of the user he scammed and the user he claims tried scamming him only 10 days before this pardon and only attempted a proper pardon AFTER being caught for evasion multiple times..

He's clearly full of shit...

"N otice" was given the name back last night I am going to upload the pictures as soon as I get back home from work.
As far as the name "Party Hat" that guy tried scamming me multiple times for it! He refused to do half and half or use a middle man, I refuse to pay him anything back hence the reason that he is banned.. I would sell "party hat" and donate it to Sythe, wouldn't have any problem with that what so ever. But like I said I payed N otice back in full and we are actually friends now. Thanks again..
