Name's Andrew, I've been doing graphic design work for 8+ years, I am self taught but I'd consider myself to be relatively skilled for having no schooling under my belt, I would say about 3-4 years of my total 'career' has been doing commercial work off and on, just freelance online. I have a full time job but enjoy doing design as a hobby, I do like money but I'm not really in it for that.

Going off of that, I will take free requests at my own leisure, depending upon the complexity or the time I have available to complete your request; if I do have time to take your request (Or don't) I will be sure to let you know, so that you don't waste your time with me, because I understand your time is valuable, as well as mine.

All the work I do in this thread, and you can consider this legally binding, is going to be licensed under the following: Attribution-NoDerivs
CC BY-ND

What this means for you? This license allows for redistribution, commercial and non-commercial, as long as it is passed along unchanged and in whole, with credit to me (Andrew, A.K.A, Angryfrodo)

Why, you ask? When I provide my services or an agreed upon design, as an artist I want to protect myself, I want you to be able to use my work however you please, but I personally don't want it to be modified, unless of course you contact me and I provide my explicit permission. However, for some requests, I will explicitly inform you of the licensing if I am okay with modification.

In addition to the legally binding agreement above, I certify that all graphics resources I may use in my designs are either completely custom, or they are royalty free; any fonts I use are 100% free, or I own commercial rights to, any resources I use are free for commercial use, which I verify with the websites that I may obtain said resources from; I certify if you are contacted by another designer for a copyright dispute, that I will be held liable for this; I am not a thief, and I EXPECT of my customers that you will give that same respect to me.

Please note, I do require payment before I supply the graphics, I will provide you with a watermarked visual of the image before purchase so you know what you are buying, and upon payment I will provide a customized (Not original) .ai or .psd file, by customized I mean it will have the image, however all layers will be compressed and typically flattened to prevent further modifications, this will allow you to resize the object at a later time; if you require a layered document, you will also need to purchase full creative rights from me, which will increase your price.

All images posted in this thread, unless you receive my direct consent, are considered my legal property until payment has been obtained, which at that point the licensing discussed herein applies.

Please note these are generalizations and final pricing may vary based upon the complexity and the time the request has taken, I will not hold you financially responsible if I do not fulfill your design on my first attempt (I.E. you don't like it, and I need to redo the design)

Avatars: 1-3$
Signatures: 5-8$
Ranks/User Bars: 5-12$
Logo Designs/Branding: 15-35$
Other: (Negotiable)
Purchase full creative rights (Giving no credit to me): (Negotiable based upon design)

On a more personal note, I'd like to add that, what I think this thread will do for me is improve myself as a designer, my goal is to provide excellent work and service for a fair and reasonable price. I want to say that I am open to feedback, as an artist I welcome criticism (Don't be too mean though! Haha) and if anyone has any feedback for me on the thread itself or any designs, anything at all, I am open to it. Don't be scared to have a voice! I'm new here so I hope everything is formatted nicely and legibly enough for everyone to get a good hang on things.
