    No the MM with hold the cash/gp. Once it's in his hands, he'll give it the "OK" for the buyer to send the payment to your PP. Once that's been confirmed, he'll deliver the gp to the buyer. Also, PP isn't safe and all transactions can be chargedback even with a note attached.
