Is oh hungry banned

Im trying to buy a ps4 from http://www.sythe.org/members/401990-ohhungry.html after once day of talking his sythe got banned, and he said it was from flaming "Ghast" . Is this true he didn't scam when is he going to be unbanned is this guy trustworthy

 

Hey man, post this here: http://www.sythe.org/community-general/1852844-where-did-name-here-go.html. But I'd recommend asking a moderator as to why he might be banned. Whatever his ban reason may be, I wouldn't trade him. To validate a scam report on Sythe, it requires a PM from the user you are trading with and he wouldn't be able to provide one and thus your report would be invalid.

 

I actually already got a pm from him yesterday, so i know im talking to him on skype now. It... i dont wana lose 200 $ is the thing. So im nervous, you know there is 0 buyer protection

 

He requested the ban because his Sythe account was hacked, allegedly. (I wasn't the one who issued the ban). No idea where this "flaming" idea came from. Seems sketchy to me. I'd go ahead make the report if he doesn't give you the tracking for the package.
