Name Change Question

Is this possible to change my name from SkypeBobcat to SytheBobcat?
I have big imposter problem atm and want my sythe name match my skype name or just remove the Skype part , some guy just tried to scam 140M Osrs from user .

All i have seen in Username Change Request Thread was the minor name changes like remove a number in a name , my situation is different.

In short

My name : Skypebobcat
My skype : Sythebobcat

Imposter skype :Skypebobcat

 

I can't guarantee anything, but it's possible.
