SUCCESS AT LAST!, My "BlackMarket" activity began around 2011 when GP was at its Peak but was also still highly valuable ingame.

What makes your service better?

Not only am i very active but i constantly browse the market to see current prices, Not only do i keep my prices Low, I also give out regular discounts for bulk buyers, And by bulk i do not mean 500m+ i mean 50m+ bearing in mind the more you buy the less you pay!

You're not highly vouched or a donator?

That is correct, I do not have many vouches nor am i a donator.

However, I have a firm belief that you should not be able to buy trust/respect that is why all my vouches have come from people who have either gone first or had a middleman help with trades!

Under no circumstances will i ever ask for the gold back, If you should receive a PM from me on skype or sythe asking for the gold back please ignore it until a staff member can prove it was ME personally asking for it back, I will only ever ask for the gold back and refund your payment if i believe your Paypal or other payment source has been compromised, However this is extremely rare and i probably would not ask for the gold back i would report it to a staff member to decide the appropriate action.

Payments are non refundable unless subject to special circumstances, Such as, Your payment was fraudulently made, You used a "stolen" card to make a purchase [Police would be notified in this case], You can not provide proof of Identification upon request.

From time to time to make sure i am providing my service to legitimate players i may ask for some form of ID to confirm your identity, I will NEVER ask for details such as, Social Security Number (american) Your 16 digit credit/debit card number, Your personal banking details, Or your RuneScape account details.

Identity i may ask for can include, Photo of passport (with your PP number blurred for identity theft pre caution) Photo of your Drivers License (Showing your full name and address)
