Didn't really want to bother but now it has become way too blatant. Bus369 is a banned member of Sythe with a DDos ban,scamming ban, AND a fake vouches ban under his belt. For months he has hired workers on Sythe to basically post threads for him - I believe that banned members should be considered undesirables and should refrain from using Sythe until they get pardoned. Although previously it was ruled that the workers that still have unbanned Sythe accounts would be held responsible if Bus decides to scam, I do not believe it's fair for potential victims to be exposed to this risk since Bus is the boss and he retains the majority of the profits. Also, if he scams again and then proceeds to hire a different worker - would that be allowed? What difference does it make?

Being banned should result in said user losing the privilege to trade on this site...

This is unbelievable. If I were a banned member could I simply pay someone to post threads for me? What's stopping someone from paying a non trusted member 10$ to post a selling thread for banned scammers? This makes absolutely no sense. If yousuck reported this he'd be banned instantly for being a "ban evader"

Issue 2: 1 person having partnership stakes in 2 sites that post on the same forum (market flooding)

Another point is that currently Bus own's 2 sites - both of which have threads on the subforums in which he trades. This should NOT be allowed. In the past I argued against MMORPG's sites, but this time it's completely different. MMORPG provides a service to the site holders, but Bus' profit is entirely dependent on how much his partner's sell. This practice is extremely unfair- think about this: what if Bogla decides to give each of his agents a cookie cutter opencart website and then continues to take a large % of the profits the sites generate? Someone with resources would be able to completely spam threads on the subforums without problem. This is a precedent that CANNOT stand. I will tell you for sure that if this is allowed I will be creating basic sites for each of my employees and calling myself a partner. It will be of little cost for extra exposure...

Issue 3: Exaggerated vouches resulting in fake consumer confidence

Previously, Bus369 had been banned for faking vouches - he literally took other peoples' vouches and pasted them on his vouch thread. Mods you can check the previous report. He has absolutely no care for Sythe's rules and constantly encourages his workers to violate the 8 hour bump rule.

Also this guy used to work for me at RSgoldstop.com.....he proceeds to name his site goldstop.net.....that alone should speak for his character

That's not the issue at hand. He was warned not to post his skype, as cody had done that in the past....yet he does it again. HE obviously does not care for Sythe rules...

That's also only ONE issue. The fact that he was previously banned for faking vouches and is now exaggerating vouches to seem trusted that should be another ban.. since both of these sites literally have the SAME TITLES it's obviously endorsed by Bus and since these two members are posting for him they should be held accountable for his actions as well!

Also please read the entire thing: he currently has a 50% ownership stake in 2 sites. Goldstop.net and rsgoldtime.com.... by having extra forum threads he is able to make more money....whats stopping me from giving my workers different sites and just letting them post different threads? It costs literally like 300$ per site on the high end and makes no difference in other expenses but gets me more exposure..
