If you check the rest of his IP audit it's majority proxy IP addresses as well.

If it's not a clean home IP match, he tried pardoning a while back as Cindywavves or his prior account (Smokin Mils or Smokin Bils or something) and i'm pretty sure I put information in a reported post showing that the IP belonged to profiles who were all the same person.

Could be a mobile IP match or something but I doubt it since the other 2 profiles on it are the same person and had a decent activity gap. The 2nd one wasn't even created until around a month and a half after the previous ban.
