Banned +6Months ago

Hey i was banned more then 6 months ago for impersonating someone by useing skype apparantly there was an IP match when i posted a dispute the dispute got denied so i'm giving it another shot. I'm very sorry for what happened also i have talked to the victim back then and he did not get scammed so there was no need for me to refund anything, i hope i can get unbanned this time i've waited very patiently for 6 months
