Banned?

The only thing I can ever think of is when I use my cellular device to access my Skype. Other than that, I am speechless. This is my first time coming to Sythe. Can I have someone further look into this? I am here merely to do business. Please help me

either way, still declined. actually it was declined before, now it's super declined.

final edit - reported to powerbot, but apparently they're autistic and don't ban offsite scammers, whatever their loss. if he bugs another mod feel free to look into it, i don't see a reason though.
