Zogre is a scammer! [Chargebacked gold sale]

Zogre just scammed/chargebacked his paypal payment for 97.4m osgp I sold him. As seen here in the vouch he gave for it: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1368896-kugo-ginjos-vouches.html#post15003182

Also Bogdan mm'd the trade and vouched. He can confirm this.

I added him on skype again and he accepted, but he won't respond and keeps going "away."

Scammer posting/saying his paypal address: Same amount at same time. I'm sure the paypal can be matched since he's done a lot of business.
