Cant recover my old Sythe account

Okay, so I'm trying to sign in my old account, but I forgot the password. And it's older than January 2015 or something like that.

So I do the recovery part where they send me an email to reset the password. I go to the link, enter the code and click recover... Then it says "No User specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"

Not sure what to do. I've messages a few mods in the last two days, but none have replied to help me out
