UUID banned? Wtf

I got UUID banned on an RSPS (Rsps-PK)

I uninstalled it, used a vpn, made a new computer account and installed it on there. used a new browser, and somehow, when I tried to make an account, it still says im banned. How is this even possible and how to I avoid it
