Banned for Ban Evading?

I thought we already went through this... This guy Termo adds me on skype to message a dude he was scamming to make it look like it was me who was scamming. I did not know this at the time, and I added the dude he scammed on skype. He did it again apparently, and I had to do the same thing explaining to him that it wasn't me, but the 2nd time, he didn't ask me to pm anyone, because I guess he knew I wouldn't believe it, so he just said he was me according to the scam report on me.

This dude used me to get away with stuff, this is not me, I am not ban evading, I don't scam.

I don't know why you think that I am him when I provide proof that it's not... If there is anything more I can provide, I will. I didn't do anything wrong.
