Disputing a ban based on no evidence

First off I will say that yes, that is indeed my hackforums account. Yes I have contracted the services of someone to investigate someone whom I needed information about in real life, the circumstances however are personal so I will not go in to that. What I will say is that no "blackhat" methods were used. All information gathered was publicly available.

Okay, I'll now move on the the print screens showing my comments on threads regarding proxy scrapers, cracking accounts and purchasing account dispensers. First off, I never cracked any accounts which again I will say, there is no proof what so ever of me doing so. Secondly, yes I purchased access to an account dispenser which gave me access to accounts with subscriptions to such things like ufc.tv. Again, I never cracked any of those accounts.

In regards to the "DDoSing" screenshots, he shows a screenshot, this one here: http://prntscr.com/86m5dt and explains "(Not really him DDoSing but I fail to understand why he needs to give people advice on how to get peoples' IPs to DDoS on RS)". What that does not show is the thread in question where someone on a section of that forum asks how to obtain an IP from runescape. At no point did I advise anyone on how to do so, I simply added to the posts explaining that it was not possible to obtain an IP from runescape, and that the only way I could think of that I have known of was people using Skype to get peoples IP.

Finally the screenshot of "Joining a hacking group" kind of made me chuckle, I mean it's pretty funny. What the screenshot fails to acknowledge was that the Skype group was a whitehat group where people studied malware removal, web security, SQLi and so on. If anything, it was an educational group on internet security.

All in all, I find it baffling that I was banned. There is literally no proof at all showing me doing anything "blackhat". To be completely honest, all the screenshots show is that I had an interest in computer science. I mean to clarify, I have had NO bad dealings with anyone on Sythe, I have had NO bad dealings with anyone on hackforums.

From what I can understand is that the person who reported me who I have never spoken to before, or had dealings with is some kind of Sythe police, I mean that with no disrespect but he reported me as a scammer when in fact I have never scammed and there was in fact NO evidence that I have scammed.

I'm happy to answer any questions regarding this, even though it's only a 3 day ban I feel the need to clear my name as I feel it has been slandered without reason.
