RS3 Clan Cup - Absolute joke

It's just my opinion, but the Clan Cup will be a complete and utter joke this year.

There's some seriously broken shit in this game that hasn't been fixed since EoC released, and they expect me and others to take this "competition" serious. Not to mention (unless I missed it somewhere) it says nowhere in the rules anything about gear. That alone is going to alienate other potential teams/clans from competing when taking into consideration this game is so heavily gear based now. Also, as someone who did participate in RCW once singles PK'ing died out, all I can say is that EoC RCW is an absolute cluster-fuck in a 20v20. 10v10 is a perfect number in my opinion, 20 is really pushing it because of the arena size.

As for the Legacy side of this, sorry, but no. F2P might be a little more interesting, but if P2P full-out is anything like I expect it to be, i'll laugh when it's over in literally minutes because of how much damage barrage can output, especially in a pile. You'll be dropped instantly without the chance to even heal. But, lets not forget, the same issues that plague EoC plague Legacy as well, so whatever.

All in all, i'll still check to see who wins out of sheer boredom, and inevitably laugh when the turnout is minimal.

tl;dr- does Jagex actually expect the Clan Cup to be anything exciting? Oh, sorry, I forgot we're going to have the litany of WBS circle-jerk FC's in on this. Basically WB in RCW, how exciting.

 

I remember participating in the "last year it was going to happen" in 2012 lol. Recruit a bunch of PKers right before and you win lol.

 

Funny part is since all PK'ers are on OSRS, it's PvM clans that win the full-outs. lol
