As seen in the above report, Shoop was 'Neil' on Grinderscape forums. If you google "Pvpjulian" which is seen as Chara's skype here:

The profile Charachar was inactive for over 2 months before coming back yesterday on Shoopdawoop/Neil's IP, and I highly doubt it's coincidental that Pvpjulian seems to be a friend of his, so it appears the Sythe profile has been given to and is now under control of Shoopdawoop/Neil as opposed to the original owner. (Guessing it was given willfully since he stated they're friends.)
