Ban got diened but atleast tell me what to do!

What i want to know is what can i do to start my business again? can i create a new account? or what can i do?

I cleaned my computer ( put back my computer to factory settings). Got a new skype ready to use for my business. What else can i do?

Because probably if i make a new account i will get banned again. but like i said before. im not Other.anthony.

I hope i will get a respond that can help me further.
