Regarding the Sythe Ban and Stickied Post

There are the moderators that make Sythe the lovely place it is, there are moderators that are strict & mature, but there is a moderator named FireZ, who is none of the above. I would like to discuss why the the immature FireZ wrote this, and I quote: “Ruby Swap is nothing but a clan of scammers, report any posts about this clan to be deleted. Do not join.”

I'm mind boggled as why such a thing has been said without any evidence or reports indicating we are scammers ... FireZ is a power abusing, tyrannical bonerbod, who should respecfully have his moderator status stripped away.

Since FireZ probably can't comprehend what I'm about to say, I'll say it like it is a fairy tale (without fairys, unless you consider FireZ a fairy, like I do).

Once a upon a time, there was a clan named Reddit Swap – owned by none other than Richard. The clan was big, and seemed to have a lot of customers, which is why me Ron and my partner Leonardo wanted to purchase ourselves a captain rank. That worked great, we both the took european shift while the owner ran advertisers (and little did we know, scammed all the clients). Reddit Swap (Richard) has a massive gambling addiction, and spent all the money that was to go towards the clan into the pocket of the bigshot gambling clans. The owner ended up scamming 50M 07 to pay off his “gambling addiction” ... leaving poor Leonardo and Ron clanless. The unforunate victim looked at Reddit Swap's ranks Leonardo and Ron to pay for his ruthless missdeeds, but Ron and Leonardo were not obliged to pay for their Boss' sins. What a tough tale ...

Why should, I, Leonardo be punished for something that I did not do? I no longer have contact to Richard, why? Because he scammed 50M 07 off a client, and scammed both me AND Ron for a total sum of ~100m 07, (480M RS3 Gold Swap) and 20M 07 loan off Ron.

We, as people who purchased a rank (and only the rank, not admin, not manager, nothing), are not obligated to refund ANY scams ...

Let's put our story in other people's lives, shall we?

FireZ owns a massive swap clan, Joseph (fake named dude) buys a rank for 500M RS3, FireZ scams two days later. Does that mean that Joseph, a new rank has to pay for FireZ's misdeeds? I find that irrational ... Reddit Swap should be punished, wait sorry ... In this story it's FireZ ... Anyhow, cheers – tell me what you think please?
