forgot orginial email

Hey, I am currently in India visting relatives and I tried to acess my sythe account. I entered the password and 2fa and it aksed to recover my password because I have to change it every 6 months. I know the email I registered with but it doesn't exist anymore. I do have a skype (bunny.hero1) I would also like to change my email for my sythe account.
