not sure where to post this..

my sythe username is "briasapotato" i have to reset my password in order to login to my account since i haven't changed it since january; i've tried posting in the sythe recovery thread and it's been over a week and still my post hasn't been approved. upon trying to create a new account i can't do that either since my other one exists. what am i supposed to do?
