Banned for Scamming v2

Hi Sythe staff team,

I already made an appeal to my wrongful ban here: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1856668-2nd-opinion-banned-scamming.html

But since it was closed, moved to archives, or deleted, I can't reply. So here I am.

Superfluous what you said makes sense, it wouldn't be locked if he was banned for botting on the account. Him admitting to botting on the account is what lead me to believe he was banned for botting. But I guess not.

Anyways either way, you say the rule is I must help him recover the account or pay him back (even though he wished cancer on me and me family). To this I say HOW? He charged back the money he sent me immediately after finding the account had been locked. So he has his money! What else am I to refund? I am not only without my OSRS account any more, but am also penniless. At least let me have access to my Sythe account, seeing as I broke no rules!
