What is Max & Best Gear in staking?

You know the feeling when some 40Cb dude comes to you, puts 30m in, and wants some pieces of armor on.

What are the best items for every slot in staking?
If I am 75 def + obviously

As far as I know

Fire cape
B gloves

What else?

 

Pretty sure torags, fire cape, barrows gloves, dragon boots, ely/dragonfire shield, fury

and I'm not sure if zerker ring or ring of recoil is better

 

Nonono, there's atleast the new HELMET, that can poison and has best bonuses ingame, and then there's also the new shield has SICK def bonuses.

Berserker ring(I) is the best ring gives+8 str bonus.

Dragon boots because bandos boots dont give 4 str bonus

B gloves if you can get them at 40cb.

Is DFS really better than ely?

 

Yes but its 75 prayer req and 70 def req. Plus its like 800m.

 

Forgot about the helmet slot, obviously serp helm is best. And by new shield I assume you mean ely, which I mentioned. Dfs for spec and elysian for defence bonus.
