I request an overhaul of the verdict made in this thread, as my intentions were to bet, it should stand clear that the user Soren owes me $5.

If he wasn't sure as to whether or not it was a giveaway, then you ask if it is, you don't roll and say 'wat'. Making assumptions like this and then sugarcoating your way out of this not only makes the staff of Sythe look bad, but the concept of having this system look bad as well.

I am going to say what I said in the thread, and let you make a final verdict based upon that.

"If you went to a gambling website, and played against someone who's offer was titled "$5000 to the first roller", would you, as they say; "YOLO" and roll, thinking you're given a chance at getting $5000 for free?

You end up losing, and you've now lost $5000.

My title is pretty much 'I am betting $5 to the first reply', without the 'I am betting' part, because the section and what it is used for speaks for itself."

If you still wish to rule this as neither party is at fault, then at least ban Soren from participating in this section of the forums again, because he clearly lacks to competence to be entering into things of which he has no understanding of.
