    Paypal wont let me cancel claim
    EDIT: please move to right section

    Someone managed to get onto my paypal and chargeback a few people. Fortunately for me only $10 was on it due to me sending all my money to my bank.
    I have managed to get it back and secured but they wont let me cancel claims.
    All I get is this

    It just wont let me cancel.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I would really appreciate it if someone knows a fix for this since I am one of the people that now has a negative PayPal balance because of Zogres payment being set on Temporay hold.

    If it's an unauthorized payment claim you have to email or call them.

    Ah right ok, I had already emailed them. Il await their response and if it doesnt work out I guess Il phone them.

    Never heard of someone hacking someones PayPal to initiate chargebacks and get money back on the account.

    I wish the best to your customers. PayPal telephone support should get your squared away.
