a)Here is your cashin/cashout history.

Tokenbets doesn't allow advertising of other competing sites, that would be poor business. I actually reduced the mute from 3 days to 1 day despite this, and for some reason that aggravated you more, which doesn't make sense to me.

3) We are currently a non-profiting site mostly due to the fact we offer commission free poker. While we appreciate every user we get, we aren't forced, nor currently rewarded for dealing your rage. We reserve the right to mute anyone if they are being disruptive, or hurting the atmosphere.

This is not what happened at all, I never adverted another site, I mentioned it in a converstion where I stated that I had been an employee myself on another site, after trader said to stop talking about site i stopped, so that is not why I was muted.

This is why I was muted and you even said that I was muted for being immature and not for adverting another site, as well as when we talked in livechat and I asked if that was why you told me that you never mute for speaking of other sites.
Secondly you have accused me of mute evasion and continue to ingore my request to resend that slanderous accusation. You told me thats it why you will never accomidate me anymore, and I never harrassed anyone that I know of. All I was asking the livechat agent was how to contact chili.
And on a final note, I play freerolls and win many tokens, but now you will not let me cash out, or in you have effectively banned me from cashing out my winnings and have made no reason as to why I am banned.

Your site does not seem non profit to me, it adverts a profiteering gold sell site, and also has house odds roulette and dice. I am used to a different more friendly atmosphere not this type of unprofessional treatment of players, and yes I expected professionally ran site from something that generates as much profit as I think it does. Having stock from the users cash ins makes more available gold to sell, so a higher volume of business is possible there, there is no need to downplay the benefits you get from the player base, and thus you should treat them well, or at least not like this..
