Admins taking over banned staff stickies

Due to old staff members being hacked, there are stickies around Sythe that are posted by the banned users, I personally feel as if this puts a negative impact on the new members that may look through the stickies. Not going to put much effort into this but it was just an idea to throw out there.

So in terms of Self-Requested Bans, we generally won't replace the original post, and if it's a guide of some sort I'm not going to touch it because that's someone's work (and they may be pardoned later on).

 

I went through all of the sections and replaced the ones I felt were necessary to replace. Approved.
