Diced 30m 07 vs me, I won. He claims the account he had the gp on is now locked and thus he would have to buy the gp. Since then he hasn't responded on Skype and just now went offline on Sythe.

Banned him until he repays. If he's taking a bet he should be ready to pay out. He will be unbanned if he pays ASAP. Otherwise he'll need to Pardon.
