Not being able to make new account

Hello there fellow users of Sythe, I've ran into a sticky situation and not sure on what my possibilitys are, a few days ago a friend of mine and I decided we would open a RSPS gold shop. after the first two days, he has only staked our profits and completed no trades, so this morning I decided I'd do the gold shop alone,

So we agreed and we're not using the previous Sythe account (RatioI) but instead I would make an official one for the shop, is this allowed?
