Banned for Scamming and Ban-Evading... Threads were MONTHS old.

I just logged in on Noobyollie to see I had a ban, my ban was in the "Report a scammer" section.

I was banned for "ban-evading". My original ban was for selling cracked netflix accounts, bearing in mind these accounts were 10cents each and I never actually sold an account. I had no intention of scamming somebody for 10cents. I had a generator. I find it pretty funny that I was still banned.
Any who.

I made a new account *it said i could* and a few months later (today) I was banned for ban-evading... I was reported in the scammer section of the forums;

I never sold an account or gold or anything on Noobyollie.
I bought over 100M 07 gold on Boglagold.
I bought nearly $100 worth of CS;GO items off R2pleasant.

I made a thread to sell my Runescape account. I never sold it.
I made a thread to sell gold. I never sold gold nor did I have intentions of scamming, I said a OMM would be used bearing in mind I have been scammed on here before... I think this hardly warrants a ban?

Pretty sure almost all of my posts on Noobyollie were vouches to Boglagold saying stuff like "thanks for the 20m, thanks for 30m, thanks for 33m..."

I understand I ban-evaded. But being reported in the report a scammer section really hurt.

I don't use sythe to sell;
I don't use sythe to scam,
I use sythe to find RSGP sites and decent CS:GO deals, maybe name sales...

Once upon a time I used sythe to buy a RS account, I was scammed 20M 07.

Think its pretty sick I got banned.
Person who reported me went through my posts that dated months back, he has a TWC tag! I HAVE NEVER SCAMMED OR ATTEMPTED TO SCAM. I ATTEMPTED TO SELL LEGITIMATE GOLD AND CS:GO KEYS WITH A OMM. Not once did I say "Sselling gold/Keys. You first or GTFO"
