Why don't homeless people get jobs? That's a good question, but has nothing to do with you, or your current condition. I'm not saying that I don't believe you, but someone with that severity of mental health problems would be hospitalized, or maybe even in your case institutionalized. You need to stop looking for sympathy, and find work. My only advice really is to find a job, and pay for your own hospital expenses.

with nerve damage in your nose you can't sense airflow intake and it feels like you're suffocating. try getting a job when you're suffocating and then we can talk
