Wrongful Ban / Misunderstanding

Hello my sythe username is Luckerdog, So it seems I have gotten banned for ban evading as well as sharing profiles etc by the new mod Travis, since he will have to look at this and even as posted by video here http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer...o-penguin-zirconium-luckerdog-iniliation.html

The situation has been handled before

To start off I am Luckerdog, Mattxy8 is one of my friends in real life and has been for about 6 years, and Camopengiuin, inialation, and zirconium are all the accounts of his younger brother, whose name I will not say in case he cares. These multiple account have been brought to attention due to the fact camopenguin has recently asked to have his name changed to Zirconium (and has done so through the mods) and we have previously provided proof of all being different people to Superfluous, who in turn talked to some higher ups about it and had the situation cleared. So if this was the reason or part of the reason I was banned please take note.

Also part of the report comes to ban evasion, for an account IM FTW KIDZ, This account belongs to another old friend of mine who originally introduced me to sythe in 2011 or 2012, at the time we shared pretty much everything because we would always sign up to the same sites play same games etc, I never made a sythe account back then because I had no interest, or extra money to be spending on stuff like this anyway, however he did. It seems as though he was using an email address that I made a long time ago awhile back which contains my name in order to keep clear using his own information. I even tried to help support his pardon and he posted it from my house, only after receiving this ban and looking did I even know what he had done, or that he had used my email on the account for a couple of trades. You can see multiple ips from that account WHICH ARE NOT my home IP address proving that it is not my account. I cannot view the ip audit for the account, but I know the main posting ip will not match mine because I never posted from his house because back then I didn't even have a sythe account.


Lastly there is a part of yousucks report that states "if IM FTW KIDZ is at college why is he posting from luckerdogs IP" We both go to a community college about 20 minutes away from the town we live I no longer communicate with him that much, nor are we really friends due to the fact he used my email to pull some scam or tried to and didnt even succeed lol, however I can provide proof of the college in the form of a student ID if necessary, just thought I would address this point as well.
