[swap stand] requesting a pardon for [not refunding a cc scam/evading.]

there were 2 scams from my cc i refunded 1 which was 300m rs3 to superfolour

Report/post/reason that got you banned: 2 ranks scammed in my fc refunded 1 trying to refund the other but this kid was scammed 27m 07 by a host with a 5m 07 max all ranks have rules to follow which one they announce max swaps the 1 bar had a 5m max which makes sence since the price of the rank was 10m 07 at the time. so this kid trades him 27m 07 and gets scammed for all i know it can be the same guy trying to make money im trying to refund him the ranks max hes not accepting it the rank max was 5m 07 im not refunding anything more then that becuaes then think about it anyone would buy rank fake scam 100m 07 and ask me for refund superflous was in my fc and knew how it worked.
