Hey Guys, so I bought a $10 runescape membership prepaid card from 7/11 yesterday and it said the code was invalid. Is the card no good or do I have to contact support and tell them to activate it? I have no idea what to do since this has never happened to me. All my codes usually work...

usually if its invalid, they probably didnt swipe it and fucked up, you would have to go back to the store with the receipt, it should say on the receipt if its activated or not

added, i havent bought one in a while, it usually just says on it activated with the said amount, sometimes they have 2 receipts, one for the transaction and the other claiming the activation was activated and how much was on it

It shouldn't be anything to do with RuneScape or anything else. If the store has sold an invalid code, it's the stores problem, and with a receipt you should get a refund. It would then be the stores problem to contact Jagex who supply the cards to find out the problem and why it occurred etc.

It's not Jagex's fault on this. Go back to the store with your receipt and the card and explain to them it wasn't activated (unless the receipt says otherwise.)
