Hello, I'm currently making my initiate pure. I have already completed nature spirit to get that 13 defence. Do I have to complete what lies below? What does that quest even benefit for you besides get you 20 defence. I just don't have the time to train to 35 rune crafting..

Yeah you should, you could even run a bot that will bot you to 35 RC and the odds of you getting banned is very low.

I think botting RC has a extremely high ban rate. So i wouldn't risk it.

what lies below doesn't benefit me at all though.. it doesn't unlock any quests or anything. Why do i have to do it? i might just train from 13-20..

What lies below is just good for 13-19 defence, I'm not sure if it has any other benefits for initiates

35 runecrafting shouldn't even take you 2-3 hours...

My advice is to quit your initiate pure while you can. They are absolutely the worst types of pures you can make. 20 defence literally does nothing, they have no extra strength bonuses, they are terrible, and they get owned by any other pure/zerker. If you're going to have defence you might as well go for a zerker. Zerkers have way better strength bonuses due to their armour and weapons (berserker helm, torso, b gloves, rune defender, rune boots, etc) Pures and zerkers would destroy a init pure anyday.

R/C is barely anything, but you wanna be a quested initiate or you don't care about quests? The exp will prevent you from doing it later!!
