Seriously. No reason to keep people banned who actively participate here and are determined not to pose a risk.
why dont we just market ban pardoned users if were so worried about them scamming after being unbanned...
I don't remember if it was all staff/admins or what/but they felt that users whom are pardoned should be completely pardoned and should not be unbanned if they posed any thread to the community/didn't completely trust them
Pretty sure conditional pardons are on DNS list too. I still like the unban everyone from SF except laptop idea.
Agreed. Sometimes you get sentenced to probation. Ban can be jail time, market ban can be probation. TWC would have to go with it. Not that I know anything about this case though. I don't trade so these people don't affect me.
you can do that while banned as well i believe the idea is that you used to get your usertitle set to "BANNED FROM MARKET" and then removed of the correct forum permissions to post there. therefor, if a user isn't a total retard, they would see while trading with a individual who is market banned, that they are banned from the market, and therefor they shouldnt be trading with them

Na it's not, just checked, perhaps someone should suggest it. Not sure how it would fare with staff though. Perhaps do a "re-welcoming" of sorts for old users. The site has been around for 11 years (if you count Rune CMS) and getting banned in 2007 would keep you banned till now, espically if you ban evaded. - Was 18 - Not true, found out it was his (6?) months later - That's a stretch & irrelevant
