Either hacked or weird glitch/bug

Hello my name is Kjuba2 http://www.sythe.org/members/358512-kjuba2.html, today as I was about to post a vouch for Linked after completing a trade but i found myself logged out of sythe, while trying to relogg i found no success with all of the 20 passwords it could of possibily been. So i thought not a biggie will just use the forgot password service however it seems like either the email was changed or like my title says there is a bug.
