Infraction notification

[tazmanian pka]

Basically an automated PM being sent to you when you receive an infraction.
I was looking at my profile trying to fix my UI when I noticed I had 3 infractions.

I had no idea about them and the fact that you can be banned for having 5 PTS is worrysome.

Jesus christ.. Just give a damn notification. How lazy can you be to not give one?

You're supposed to get one. I'll make sure everyone's doing it, thanks for the heads up.
