Scammed 30m osrs by Teh Weet

So now this is my second time being scammed this week totaling 68m loss,

Explanation of the trade: Supposed to sell me this account http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...y-quested-50-attack-15-prayer-pure-62-cb.html for 30m osrs gp
How they scammed: Gave him the 30m osrs gp never confirmed the trade.. 15minutes later pms me on sythe saying he was "just fucking with me" proceeds to tell me hes working on getting the account ready for a half hour then tells me he changed the registered email to mine.. waited a while still havent recieved any email and has now logged off of sythe before telling me the username or anything.
